Downtown Housing Company is a leading property development company in Nepal. In the two decades since its establishment, Downtown Housing has specialized in the development of residential high-rise buildings and luxury individual bungalows. At Downtown, our goal is to maintain a high standard of living for our clients while developing innovative smart homes for sustainability, efficiency and contributing to a planned urbanization of our cities. We are looking to expand our team of architects, interior designers and marketeers. The company is in need of enthusiastic team members the following departments:

1. Architect: 4

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Architectural Design Development.
  • Working Drawings.
  • 3d Modeling.
  • Architectural Model Making.
  • Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project

Eligibility requirement

  • Strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of design principles.
  • Experience : 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.

2. Interior Designer: 1

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Gathers data, performs design computations and prepares architectural plans & renderings.
  • Develop space planning concepts and generate program documents.
  • Participate in selection of furniture systems and specifications.
  • Provide project team coordination for the finished plans, specifications, and material selections required for construction.

Eligibility requirement

  • Strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of design principles.
  • Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • Proficiency in Ketchup and V-ray.
  • Basic knowledge about sustainability, integrated design and LEE) guidelines.
  • Basic knowledge of applying concepts and building codes.
  • Basic proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design graphic software preferred.

3. Human Resources Manager: 1

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall I lit strategies, systems, tactics and procedures
  • across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drive high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

4.Clients Relation Manager: 1 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • As a Client Relations Manager, you will oversee daily activities at the Client Relations Team.
  • Analyze customer feedback and root causes of enquiries and complaints; identify areas for improvement to enhance service quality.
  • Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure a smooth service delivery workflow.
  • Motivate and manage a team of staff to raise our service standards and enhance relations with clients.
  • Attend client meetings when needed.
  • Maintain a predetermined list of clients and manage who within the organization is able to contact these clients.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and reconcile customer complaints and situations.
  • Make complex sales and negotiations, attend sales presentations and helps close deals.
  • Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Eligibility requirement

  • Experience : 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
