Bottlers Nepal Limited and Bottlers Nepal (Terai) Limited are manufacturers & distributors of Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite, Kinley and other range of products of The Coca-Cola Company in Nepal.

Position: Assistant Manager, Channel Marketing, BNL

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all brand functions including existing and new brands
  • Drive retail marketing operation including areas related to product management, brand management, media and market research
  • Study the market trends in terms of retail audit and consumer tracker data to identify the brand need gap fit
  • Plan and Implement consumer and trade promotions
  • Work with local creative agency for developing creative inputs locally for brands
  • Control the department expenses to ensure that the spend is within the budget and company policy
  • Monitor country channel marketing program to analyze performance

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:

  • Master in Business Administration with concentration in Marketing.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ of progressive experience with successful brand of the growing company.
  • Marketing management and strategic planning experience will be an added advantage.
  • Equal balance between creativity and analytical skill.
  • Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with attorneys at all levels in the organization.
  • Polished presentation and strong interpersonal skills,
  • Leadership ability and proven aptitude to motivate the Team
  • Needs good knowledge of computer applications.

Position: Public Affairs & Communication Executive, BNL

Responsibilities:

  • Support with the Country Public Affairs and Communication Plan
  • Maintaining/tracking of Budget on a monthly basis
  • Backend office support for External Affairs, CSR and other PAC related Activities
  • Support in execution of existing and new CSR Projects whilst complying to the CSR Policy
  • Frequent travel to the plant in Bhartapur and other parts of Nepal as & when required
  • Execute IMCR (Incident Management and Crisis Resolution) process in coordination with different departments as & when required

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:

  • Graduate in any Discipline
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience; preferably in Public Relations
  • Proficiency in written & spoken English and Nepali
  • Computer Skills- Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Position: Team Leader, Logistic Warehouse & Distribution, BNTL

  • Shift Handling (Supervising the associate who are working in the shift – Checkers, Forklift Operators, Loaders, Dispatch Officers)

Position: Human Resources Executive, BNTL

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and monitoring an equal employment recruitment and selection program, administrating, scoring and evaluating examinations as well as screening candidates, conduct employee orientation section
  • Administer performance management process – tracking, compiling, auditing and reporting progress
  • Assist in Managing Performance Management Database / People Plan Database
  • Assist in administering comprehensive training program including identifying needs and resources, determining content, scheduling, conducting training, etc.
  • Maintain and update employee database and other background materials for proper personnel record
  • Coordinate the execution of required Learning and Development initiatives
  • Collect of data and information regarding wages, cost-benefit analysis of training, benefits, productivity, absenteeism, employee turnover, strikes, accidents, operations, working hours, shifts, etc.
  • Generate MIS Report
  • Prepare Monthly Budget Report

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:

  • BBA (General Management / HR Specialization)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of human resources management experience in reputed organization involving recruiting, testing, selecting, classification, compensation, labor relations and related human resources experience
  • Excellent presentation and communication skill with Proficiency in written & spoken English
  • Interpersonal skills using tact, patience and courtesy
  • Experience in managing crisis situation
  • Needs good knowledge of computer applications
