Siddhartha Bank Limited is a constantly growing Class “A’ Commercial Bank offering a wide range of innovative banking products, solutions and services. In order to meet our dynamic and exponential growth plan and fill in the job positions at different corporate levels in existing/proposed new branches inside and outside Kathmandu valley; the Bank is seeking for highly enthusiastic, result oriented and skilled Nepalese citizens with strong desire to excel in banking for the following positions:

1. Branch Operations (Senior Officer Level) – Few
• Minimum 6 years of banking experience with at least 3 years In the field of Branch operations of commercial bank/FI

• Must be well versed with NRB directives, prevailing laws/policies related to Operations and AML/10(C/CFT

• Should possess knowledge on entire operations related functions of a commercial bank/FI

• Should be presently working at least in the level of Officer in any bank/FI

• Age not exceeding 32 years as On application deadline.

2. Branch Operations (Officer level). Few
• Minimum 5 years of banking experience with at least 3 years In the field of Branch operations of commercial bank/Fls

• Must be well versed with NRB directives, prevailing laws/policies related to operations and AML/KYC/CFT

• Should possess knowledge on entire operations related functions of a commercial bank/FI

• Should be presently working at least in the level of Senior Assistant in any bank/Ft

• Age not exceeding 32 years as on application deadline.

3. Branch Managers (Senior Officer level) – Few
• Minimum 6 years of banking experience with at least 3 years in the field of Credit Relationship Management or enriching exposure of Branch Manager of commercial bank/FI

• Should be fully acquainted with overall banking functionalities(operabons, Business, and other Regulatory knowledge)

• Should be presently working at least in the level of Officer in any bank/Fl

• Age not exceeding 32 years as on application deadline.

4. Branch Managers (Officer Level) – Few
• Minimum 5 years of banking experience with at least 3 years in the field of Credit Relationship Management or enriching exposure of Branch ManagerCredit Relationship Management or enriching exposure of Branch Manager of commercial bank/FI

• Should be fully acquainted with overall banking functionalibes(operations, Business, Support and other Regulatory knowledge)

• Should be presently working at least in the level of Senior Assistant in any bank/Fl

• Age not exceeding 32 years as On application deadline.

5. Credit Operations (Senior Officer level) • Few
• Minimum 6 years of banking experience with at least 3 years In Credit Relationship Management/Consumer Banking/ SME Lending/ Credit approval and analysis in commercial bank/Fl.

• Must be well versed with legal and regulatory requirements of credit operations.

• Should be presently working at least in the level of Officer in any bank/FI

• Age not exceeding 32 years as on application deadline.

6. Credit Operations (Officer Level) Pew
• Minimum 5 years of banking experience with at least 3 years in Credit Relationship Management/Consumer Banking/SME Lending/Credit approval and analysis in commercial bank/Fl.

• Must be well versed with legal and regulatory requirements of credit Operations.

• Should be presently working at least in the level of Senior Assistant in any bank/11

• Age not exceeding 32 years as on application deadline.

7. Credit Administration and Control (Senior Officer level)- Few
• Minimum 6 years of banking experience with at least 3 years in Credit Administration Control/Credit Relationship Management In commercial bank/FI

• Must be well versed with legal and regulatory requirements of credit control and also possess good analytical knowledge with excellent credit risk assessment skills.

• Should be presently working at least in the level of Officer in any bank/FI

• Age not exceeding 32 years as on application deadline.

8. Credit Administration and Control (Officer Level) -Few
• Minimum 5 years of banking experience with at least 3 years in Credit Administration Control/ Credit Relationship Management in commercial bank/Fl.

• Must be well versed with legal and regulatory requirements of credit control and also possess good analytical knowledge with excellent credit risk assessment skills.

• Should be presently working at least in the level of Senior Assistant in any bank/FI

• Age not exceeding 32 years as on application deadline.

9. Market Risk (Senior Officer Level)
• minimum 6 years of banking experience with at least 3 years in the field of Treasury front Office/Treasury back office/ Finance in commercial bank/Ft. Preference will be given to the candidate having core experience of market risk.

• The incumbent must possess ability to design and formulate effective market risk management programs to help the Bank in executing its market risk strategically and effectively.

• Should be presently working at least in the level of Officer in any bank/FI

• Age not exceeding 32 years as on application deadline.

10. Market Risk (Officer Level)
• Minimum 5 years of banking experience with at least 3 years in the field of Treasury front Office/Treasury back office/ Finance in commercial bank/Ft. Preference will be given to the candidate having core experience of market risk.

• Must be well versed with legal and regulatory requirements as well as international best banking practice in marketing risk.

• Should be presently working at least in the level of Senior Assistant in any bank/FI

• Age not exceeding 32 years as on application deadline.

11. Operational Risk (Senior Officer Level)
• Minimum 6 years of banking experience in with at least 3 years in the field of Operation Risk Management/Branch Operation/Compliance/Audit in commercial bank/FI. Preference will be given to the candidate having core experience of operational risk_

• The incumbent must possess ability to design and formulate effective operational risk management programs to help the Bank in managing operational risk strategically and effectively.

• Must be well versed with legal and regulatory requirements as well as international best banking practice in operational risk.

• Should be presently working at least in the level of Officer in any bank/FI

• Age not exceeding 32 years as on application deadline.

12. Operational Risk (Officer Level)
• Minimum 5 years of banking experience with at least 3 years in the field of Operational Risk Management/Branch Operation/Compliance/Audit in commercial bank/Fl. Preference will be given to the candidate having core experience of operational risk.

• Must be well versed with legal and regulatory requirements as well as international best banking practice in operational risk.

• Should be presently working at least in the level of Senior Assistant in any bank/FI

• Age not exceeding 32 years as on application deadline.

13. Middle Office (Officer Level)
• Minimum 5 years of banking experience with at least 3 years in Treasury front office/middle office/back office in commercial bank/FI

• Must be well versed with legal and regulatory requirements of treasury operations.

• Should be presently working at least in the level of Senior Assistam in any bank/FI

• Age not exceeding 32 years as on application deadline.

Minimum academic requirement and other competencies:

Candidates applying should meet the following minimum requirements:

• Academic Requirement : Minimum Masters Degree in Management/Economics/Mathematics/Statistics/Business Administration/Finance with minimum 506S marks or equivalent CGPA

• Should have fluency in written and spoken English and Nepali

• Should have sound working knowledge of MS Office and other relevant computer applications

• Should be determined in achieving targets

• Should be creative, innovative and demonstrate leadership skills in their respective field

• Should demonstrate proven record of building and managing teams with ability to effectively lead team
