1. Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Required No. 1)

The Deputy Chief Executive Officer shall be responsible for the overall Leadership and Management of the Bank under oversight and guidance of the CEO. He/she should be of outstanding competence and should be able to lead and motivate people towards effective achievement of Vision, Mission, Strategy and Annual Goals of the Bank.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Proven experience with an excellent track record in leading, managing, and inspiring a team of dynamic professionals.
  • At least 15 year’s experience in domestic/international banks of which a minimum of 10 years must be at senior management positions having headed multiple functions/divisions/business verticals.
  • Master’s Degree or equivalent.

2. Senior Manager (Sales/Control/Support Verticals – Required No. 5)

This is a senior management position having major responsibilities of leading, motivating and driving individuals/teams towards achievement of organizational Vision, Mission, Strategies and Annual Goals. The Senior Managers are expected to appreciate and accept challenging targets and must have an ambition to excel.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Proven experience with an excellent track record in leading, managing, and inspiring a team of dynamic professionals.
  • At least 7 years’ experience in domestic/international banks of which a minimum of 5 years should be at managerial level.
  • Preferably Master’s Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in Management or equivalent or Chartered Accountant.

3. Company Secretary (Manager/Deputy Manager – Required No. 1)

This is a Mid-level management position who will directly report to the board. Key responsibilities include ensuring effective Board Meetings proceedings, advising Board and acting as a dynamic pool between Management and the Board.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Preferably Master’s Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in Law/Business/Commerce/Economics with sound knowledge of Corporate Law and Banking Management.
  • At least S years of proven track record in similar job function in large organization.
  • Candidates having company Secretarial qualification from reputed institution shall be preferred.
