1. Administrative Manager -2 (M/F)
Responsibilities:
- Handling all-important overseas correspondence through E-mail and Phone.
- Tracking all the deployment and visa details. Tracking all the projects status.
- Instructing all Administrative Assistants.
- Should be able to work on odd hours.
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor in Business Administration or above.
- Excellent command over English and computer literate.
2.Administrative Officers: 4 (M/F)
Responsibilities:
- Handling daily correspondence through Emails.
- Keeping records of all the deployment logs and visa details.
- Should be able to work in odd hours.
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor in Business Administration.
- Good command over English both,spoken and written and computer literate.
3.PRO- Department of Foreign Employment: -2 (M/F)
Responsibilities:
- Preparing all the documents needed to Obtain Pre and Final Approval & Liaising with Department of Foreign Employment.
- Should be familiar with the Online Systems.
Minimum Qualification:
- Should have 12 years of education or above.
- Should be a computer literate and should have both English and Nepali Typing skills and should have a two-wheeler Driving Licence.
4.Documentation Assistant: 4 (M/F)
Responsibilities:
- Should be able to prepare documents like Cvs, and should be familiar with scanner and photocopy machines.
Mininum Qualification:
- Should posses two wheeler driving licence.
- Should have passed 10+2.
5.Recruitment Co-ordinator: 2 (M/F)
Responsibilities:
- Should be able to communicate with public over the phone,
- tracking records of passports and updating customers.
Mininum Qualification:
- Should have 12 years of education and computer literate.
6.0ffice Boys/ Girls: -2 (M/F)
Responsibilities:
- Should be able to read and write,
- basic communication in English & presentable.
7.Driver (Light Vehicle) : 2(Male)
Responsibilities:
- Should be able to drive Light Vehicle with valid driving licence.
Mininum Qualification:
- Should be able to speak basic English and Hindi (Arabic Language Knowledge will be an advantage).
Salary will be finalized during the interview.
