Position: Assistant Manager Revenue / Revenue Executive (One)

Requirements:

Age: Below 45 years

Education:  Bachelor in Hotel Management or MBA in Marketing/Finance field

Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar position. A clear understanding of hotel industry is necessary as well as analytical capabilities, experience in study cases, market research and studies with mathematical/Finance background and good computer knowledge.

Knowledge/Abilities: Fluent in the national language and English. Well versed with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook. Knowledge of the concepts and evaluation of market analysis processes.

Key Tasks: Responsible for the implementation of RM methods to maximize the turnover in accordance with hotel strategies, brand’s marketing and customers’ needs; Responsible for having all the revenue management processes in place in the Hotel, implements the Revenue Maximization strategy on daily basis, updates planning, quotes groups and alert Director of Sales, when market deviates from strategy; in charge of helping to reach and beat the operational turnover budgets of the hotel etc.

Position: Sales Manager/Assistant Sales Manger/Sales Executive (Two)

Requirements:

Age: Within the range of 25-35 years

Education: Candidate should be a Hotel Management Graduate or MBA from repute Management school.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position or in a position of handling administration in a reputed organization.

Knowledge/Abilities: Candidate should have pleasing personality with good communication skills in English. Demonstrate an interest in and an understanding of issues relevant to our hotel and has a good understanding of the sales office and rates of the competition, enabling to move the business from them. Sells to new, existing and prospective customers considering goals set forth in the sales strategy, negotiating optimum rate for the benefit of the business.

Position: Assistant Finance Manager/Finance Executive wo)

Requirements:

Age: Below 35 years

Education: Bachelor’s in Financial Management/Accountancy from a reputed university. Preference will be given to the candidate holding Masters Degree or equivalent.

Experience: At least 4 years of experience in similar capacity & international chain hotels candidate with working experience in Income Audit. Payable, Credit Inventory, Control and core accounting job in the hotel industry will be given preference.

Knowledge/Abilities: Should have working knowledge of excel, word & Office package & knowledge of Hotel Accountancy.

Position: Manager/Asst. Manager – Learning and Development (One
Requirements:

Age: Below 45 years

Education: Below 45 years Bachelor in Hotel and Tourism Management or in related field

Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar position. Proven track record in designing and executing successful training programs; familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, e-learning, workshops, classroom teaching, simulations etc.)

Knowledge/Abilities: Good communication and leadership, good computer and database skills.

Key Tasks: Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance reviews and consultations with HODs; Conduct effective on-boarding for new joiners; Deploy a wide variety of training methods; Manage training budget and meet training metrics of Man-hours, Frontline etc as prescribed by IHG; Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.

Position: IT Manager (One)

Requirements:

Age: Below 35 years

Education: Bachelor’s in Financial Management/Accountancy from a reputed university. Preference will be given to the candidate holding Masters Degree or equivalent.

Experience: At least 4 years of experience in similar capacity & international chain hotels candidate with working experience in Income Audit. Payable, Credit Inventory, Control and core accounting job in the hotel industry will be given preference.

Knowledge/Abilities: The job also involves managing the lobby operations, guest interactions, resolving guest issues, representing the hotel in absence of senior management and maintaining inter departmental relationship.

Position: Executive Housekeeper (One)

Requirements:

Age: At least 35 years

Education: Bachelor in Hotel Management or graduate with required experience in Housekeeping operations in a reputed hotel or minimum 10 years of experience(5 years at Executive level) in Housekeeping Department in reputed organization(includes hotels and corporate house).

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Housekeeping department at the Executive level.

Knowledge/Abilities: Candidate must be quality focused with special attention to cleanliness of the property as per brand standards along with experience in handling Laundry and Linen room operations, liaison with outside contractors, staff management, monitoring purchase, supplies, inventories, consumption and equipment to minimize wastage, as per budgeted guidelines. Responsible for overall Housekeeping operations which includes guest rooms, public areas and other specified areas of the hotel.

Position: Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) (One)

Requirements:

Age: Below 45 years

Education: Must be a Hotel Management graduate from a recognized Hotel Management college with specialization in Rooms Division or Food & Beverage.

Experience: At least 10 years, of which at least 3-4 years in a similar position with a Reputable Hotel Experience of having worked within IHG Brand hotels will be given preference. Must have worked in Rooms Division and in other similar organizations.

Knowledge/Abilities: Direction of Front Office and Guest Services to achieve projected revenue expenses and profit levels along with guests satisfaction goals. Management of functional areas of Reservations, Guest Registration, Customer relations, Bell Desk Services, Guest Room Allocation, Housekeeping & Laundry, Health Club & Crowne Salon. Management of room inventory and maximizing rooms revenue in coordination specially with Sales & Marketing Department. Monitor Security and Safety Department along with Quality and Continuous Improvements. Also, responsible for the management and achievement of profit for all Food & Beverage operations in the hotel including Restaurants, Bars, Kitchen operations, Catering and Banquet operations and promotion of the desired work culture. Work very closely with the General Manager to achieve targeted goals and other tasks and providing Leadership to other support Departments, including Maintenance, Finance & Human Resources.
