This position requires native Nepali language skills in both writing and speaking and it is basically focused for local people of Nepal
Main responsibility areas:
• Managing the Ncell centre and supervise Outsourced manpower.
• Consulting and handling customer complaints.
• Monitoring and maintaining daily reports and coordination with Ncell head office.
• Monitoring daily cash transactions.
• Smooth operations of Front desk customer care.
• Implementation of world class customer service concept in the centre.
• Marketing the product and services as and when required.

2.Position: Engineer/ Technical Specialist
Department: Technology
Section: Information Technology Support Systems
Unit: Customer Support System

Main responsibility areas:
• Operation and administration of CSS applications and proactive scheduling (automation) of daily, weekly and monthly maintenance tasks mainly for RMS, CMS, LMS and CRM.
• Delivery of campaigns and provide technical support compromising of services, solutions and platforms considering risks and impacts.
• Identify, analyze audit, reconciliations of items and ensure to close gaps in terms of security, products, systems and revenue for further enhancement of the systems. Develop standard technical frameworks and solutions.
• Patches, upgrades and health checkups, expansions, planning analysis by self or by coordinating with vendors/partners.
• Maintain positive relationship with inter/intra department/unit and partners/vendors and focus on customer experience.
• Control data flow (in/out) from the underlined integrated platforms/3rd party platforms to the CSS system and plan the corrections and extensions to the CSS accordingly.
• Ensure that requirements, issues, optimizations are clearly identified, prioritized and satisfied by appropriate technical or business process solutions and validate business requirements or user stories, use cases and process flows.
• Ownership on activities like user/role management, logs review for any potential issues, capturing raw data and generating report. Performance maintenance, including applying patches and system tuning as per vendors recommendations.
• Incorporate security gaps and identify, propose system and solution optimization.
• Work closely with third party technology vendors. Develop and manage the relationship with network groups.
• Develop automated processes for recurrent campaigns, reports and database processes and implement effective solutions using statistical analysis system (SAS) as well as other software, databases and schedulers.
• Act as a key liaison for multiple marketing campaigns, provide leadership with stakeholders’ campaign processes and adherence to timelines in campaign delivery as well as in evaluating the industry KPI’s in the different business units to make recommendations based on in-depth CRM, CMS and loyalty management.
• Key resource for marketing campaigns’ lists extraction, data validation, sizing, scrubbing, scenario analysis and data flows to support background processes and promo codes management for both proactive and reactive channels.
• Implementing and updating SLA.
• Perform any other reasonable duty assigned by the management.

Your qualification and experience:
• Minimum Bachelor’s in Engineering or IT or Computer Science.
• 2 years of experience in Telecommunication. Experience in similar field will be an advantage.

Your profile:
• Minimum 2 years of work experience with specialization in similar field i.e. CRM, RMS, LMS functional systems.
• Experience in products and underline services.
• Good understanding of customer relation management systems, data analysis and reporting.
• Good knowledge of IT and network knowledge.
• Good knowledge of billing processes and standards.
• Good understanding of Telecom processes, protocols and standards.
• Good knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle and programming knowledge (C, C++, JAVA, PHP etc).
• Knowledge of UNIX-based OS or Windows Server platforms with an emphasis on how applications are deployed.
• Able to handle complex technical and product issues ensuring quick TTM.
• Ability to make a proper coordination and communication with related partners.
• Capable to respond resourcefully and responsively to challenging situations.
• Manage complex environments and proactively respond to issues in an innovative yet structured approach.
• Good analyzing, problem solving and reporting skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office
