Job Title: General Manager
Reports to: The Board of Director
Qualification and Skills:
- Master in Hotel / Hospitality Management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
Experience:
- Minimum five years’ experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of several hotel operation systems
Job Description:
- Operationalize the policies and SOP as set out by the company.
- Meet/exceed the financial targets set by the BOO, generate revenue opportunity and manage budget plans.
- Standardization, upkeep and maintenance of property.
