Srijana Finance Limited is a renowned financial institution in Eastern Nepal under the Bank & Financial Institution Act, 2063. SFL is aspiring to be a leading financial institution in banking industry by serving the community and adhering the superior customer services standards. The institutions Head Office is located at Hanumandas Road, Biratnagar. Currently the institution is operating with 15 branches to provide easy and accessible service to our customers. GENERAL SERVICES AND HR DEPARTMENT
Job Positions :
a. Head- General Services Department – (1) (Position shall commensurate to the profile of candidates)
b. Human Resources Department – Trainee Assistant – (1)
Qualification
a. Bachelor or Master’s degree in Management/Economics/Business Studies/Business Administration/Relevant field from a reputed university with minimum 50% marks or 3.00 CGPA.
b. BBA/BBS with minimum 50 % marks or CGPA.
Experience:
a. Head-General Services Department – At least 2-3 years of experience in General Services and logistics management functions in a reputed organization and currently in same position or same fields.
b. Fresher can apply. Preferences shall be given to having experience in same fields.
INTERNAL AUDIT AND COMPLIANCE DEPARTMENT
a. Head- Internal Audit – (1) (Position shall commensurate to the profile of candidates)
b. Head- Risk and Compliance (1) (Position shall commensurate to the profile of candidates)
Qualification
a. i). Bachelor or Masters degree in Management/Economics/Business Studies/Business Administration/Relevant field from a reputed university with minimum 50% marks or 3.00 CGPA.
ii). Preference will be given to candidates having CA or candidates who have passed CA Intermediate with articleship completion.
b. I). Bachelor or Masters degree in Management/Economics/Business Studies/Business Administration/Relevant filed from a reputed university with minimum 50% marks or 3.00 CGPA.
Experience :
a. i). Head-Internal Audit – At least 2-3 years of experience in Internal Audit department in same positions or same fields. Preference shall be given to candidates having prior experience in Bank/Financial Institutions.
ii). Adequate previous experience with in-depth knowledge on Credit, Operational Areas of Banking and Financial Institution thorough knowledge on NRB Directives.
b. i). Head-Risk and Compliance – At least 2-3 years of experience in Risk and Compliance Department in same position in same fields.
ii). Experience in implementing internal control system and on monitoring & implementing compliance of the organization as per various rules, regulations, laws, directives, and circulars of regulatory bodies along with internal rules, regulations.
AGE (for all the above position)
- Officer Level – 21 years & above but, should not exceed 40 years as on application deadline.
- Assistant Level – 18 years & above but, should not exceed 35 years as on application deadline.
