Governance Advisor
is responsible for the project’s plan for engaging the Government of Nepal (GoN) and advancing policy and institutional reforms and enforcement at the sub-national and national-level. The Governance Advisor works closely with the project team to strengthen district-level Civil Society Organizations (CS0s) and media outlets capacity to effectively use social accountability mechanisms, including CS:MAP’s Good Governance Barometer, and to carry out oversight of public resource use and service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
Master’s degree in a relevant field with minimum of seven years’ experience in designing and implementing governance reform, decentralization, local development planning and policy reform activities is required. Candidates who demonstrate prior experience with policy analysis, research, advocacy, social accountability mechanisms, and gender equality and social inclusion will be an asset.
For above position, strong experiences on gender equality and social inclusion, including work experience with youth, women, Dalit, Janajati, and Madhesi groups will be an asset.

M&E Specialist
The M&E Specialist is responsible for Management Information System (MIS), Web-based MIS- District Health Information System (DHIS2), Geographical Information System (GIS) of the overall LINKAGES Nepal Project. M&E Specialist is also responsible for providing support to LINKAGES Nepal M&E Unit for monitoring of the Project activities, data collection, analysis and reporting, data quality assessment (DQA), development of tools, mapping and training.
Qualifications and Experience
Master’s degree in public health, social science or behavioral science or epidemiology or statistics and at least 3 years related experience or a bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience in MIS, web-bases software developing, GIS, development programming, especially, planning, monitoring and evaluation.
For above position, strong experiences on gender equality and social inclusion, including work experience with youth, women, Dag Janajati, and Madhesi groups will be an asset.
