Job Description

Janata Bank Nepal Limited invites applications from the highly motivated, skilled, and dynamic and result orientated Nepalese citizens to head the Human Resources Department of the bank.

Required Qualification : Masters in Management (Preferably specialization in Human Resources) Experience : Minimum 10 years of banking experience with experience in Human Resources Management.

Age : Not exceeding 45 years as on 27th April, 2018.

The candidate should have excellent communication skills (English and Nepali), ability to drive a team and handle staff issues to conclusive end, and hands on experiences in formulating human resource strategies aligning with the business goals of the bank.
