Sunaulo Parivar Nepal (SPN) is a well-established NGO delivering Family Planning and Sexual Reproductive Health services through-out Nepal via different service delivery channels: centres, mobile outreach, Marie Stopes Ladies (MS ladies), and through contraceptive social marketing. It is the local implementing partner of Marie Stopes International (MSI), UK, a global social business providing reproductive health services across the world with a mission of ensuring every individual’s fundamental right to have children by choice, not chance.

MS Ladies are independent, well-trained, com munity-based Nurse/Midwives who offer qual ity family planning services in remote locations. We are looking for qualified and competent candidates to join our MS Ladies team in following positions:
Marie Stopes Ladies (MS ladies) – 7 (Khotang – 4; Bajura – 3)
Job Description
- Provide quality sexual and reproductive health services including family planning services in remote districts of Nepal
- Support in clinical audit and research activities
- Maintain client database
- Maintain adequate stock of supplies and commodities
Minimum Requirement
- Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM) training with registration in Nepal Nursing Council
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience specially in remote districts of Nepal
- Preferably trained in IUCD, Implant and SBA
- Local candidates are highly preferred
Program Officer (MS Ladies) – 1 (Tanahun)
Job Description
- Effective mobilization of MS Ladies (ANM) in program implementing districts
- Administrative and Financial management of MS Ladies Channel at district level
- Support medical development team in quality assurance and marketing team for demand generation activities
- Coordinate with district level stakeholders for effective implementation of program
Minimum Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science, Management or Public Health
- At least 2 years of experience in project implementation preferably in family planning sector
- Willingness to travel in remote districts of Nepal.
Quality and Technical Assurance Officer (MS Ladies) – 2 (Support Office, Kathmandu)
Job Description
- Conduct quality and technical assurance (QTA) and supportive supervision of MS Ladies Channel
- Follow up of action plan developed after QTA and supportive supervision.
- Conduct training need assessment of service providers
- Provide FP service if need arise in the service delivery sites
Minimum Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with registration in Nepal NursingCouncil
- Preferably trained in IUCD, Implant and CTS
- At least 2 years of experience in client care preferably in family planning sector
- Willingness to travel in remote districts of Nepal.
Contact Centre Agent (MS Ladies) – 1 (Support Office, Kathmandu)
Job Description
- Answer inbound calls promptly and provide basic level of counselling and relevant information to clients
- Place outbound calls to clients for service quality follow up and assessment of client experience

Minimum Requirement
- Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM) training with registration in Nepal Nursing Council
- Al least 1 year experience in client counselling preferably in sexual and reproductive health
- Client focused with good interpersonal skill.
Pop Up Volunteers (MS ladies(- 7 (Khotang – 4; Bajura 3)
Job Description
- Organize awareness program on sexual and reproductive health at community level
- Disseminate information on sexual and reproductive health among community groups
- Identify potential youth area and conduct sessions on sexual and reproductive health
- Identify potential clients and refer to MS Ladies
Minimum Requirement
- SIC/SEE or above
- Actively involved in community clubs/ activities
- Positive towards sexual and reproductive health education
- local candidates are highly preferred
