Job Description

Our Organization is one of the leading trade house engaged in Sales and marketing of Diagnostics and Life Sciences products in the country. We are associated with renowned MNC’s (Multiple national Companies) supporting them to establish a strong presence and reputation in the market. As part of our ambitious growth, we are looking for potential candidates for the following positions.

Chief Operating Officer:

Dynamic professional who will provide support to the CEO to achieve the company’s goals and objectives. He /she must be an excellent executor, a mentor and be capable of leading the team of highly qualified professionals. The candidate must be a graduate with MBA, and should have at least 5 years of marketing experience in the medical business in Nepal or overseas, preferably with engineering/biomedical/science background. It is an extremely rigorous assignment with lot of challenges and hardships. The candidate has to work in a very highly competitive market environment and should be able to overcome competitive challenges. Any one not used of working in such a competitive environment should not apply. Salary no bar for deserving candidate and will be commensurate with education, experience, past achievements and overall personality of the candidate.

Business Operations Manager:
MBA and at least 3 to 5 years of experience in the business operation field. Should possess knowledge on all commercial aspects and should be from the Medical Equipment Industry.

Marketing Manager:
MBA with at least 3 years of experience in the marketing preferably with Medical Equipment background. Primary responsibilities are to ensure that the candidate is to coordinate with the Customer, Factory & Sales force for implementing all types of marketing activities including participation in conferences.

Marketing Executives ( 4 NOS):
Graduate in Biology, Microbiology, Biomedical or Bio-technology (Bachelor’s degree in any discipline) with good knowledge of medical science, and related experience in the areas of Diagnostics/ Medical equipment sales.

Application specialist:
Should possess BSC, Nursing with minimum 5 years of experience in ICU areas is preferred, additionally they should possess good knowledge on Life saving equipment such as Ventilators, Thermodynamic monitoring and other critical equipment. The job involves training Doctors, Nurses Paramedics and Biomedical Engineers.

Biomedical Service Engineer:
Should have at least 3 years experience in respective field. The candidate should be able to troubleshoot all types of service related issues and should also be responsible for signing contracts with customers after warranty expires. Candidate with experience from reputed organization is preferred.

Financial officer:
MBA/NIBS with minimum 3 to 5 year experience in related field with responsibility of handling finance and taxation. The applicant must possess thorough financial knowledge and be able to control cash flow maintain financial records, be able to prepare and review payroll summary and provide assistance with annual Audit and financial planning.

Office assistant:
Bachelor in any subject. Must possess a quick thinking ability, must have a pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, fluency in English and other languages will be a plus point. The applicant must be capable of handling overseas calls. These attributes are the prerequisites for the position.

Receptionist (Nos. 1):
The applicant must be Smart, have a pleasant personality, must be fluent in English and act as a good communicator. The applicant should be capable of handling overseas calls. These are the prerequisites for the job position.
