Rolling Plans Pvt. Ltd. (RPPL) announces the vacancy for Rural Enterprises and Remittance Project (RERP). SAMRIDDHI is a seven-year project funded by International Fund for Agriculture Development (IFAD) and executed by the Ministry of Industry (M01), Government of Nepal (GON) that aims at providing sustainable sources of income to poor households, migrant families and returnees in the Eastern and Central Regions of Nepal, by supporting the creation and expansion of family, micro, small and medium rural enterprises, both in the farming and of farming sectors. The goal of the project is reducing poverty and achieving sustainable peace through employment-focused, equitable and inclusive economic development.
RPPL hereby invites interested and appropriately qualified Nepalese citizens to apply for the following job positions as per the following minimum requirements of qualification and experiences:
1 Project Facilitator-1 PRF-RERP-1016
– Post Graduate or higher degree in economics, migration or other related discipline from a reputed institution,
– 7 years of working experiences in an externally funded development project or institution in a senior management position with at least 3 years of experience in private sector/business development or enterprise promotion.
2 PM&E Specialist-1 PMS-RERP-1016
– Post Graduate degree in monitoring and evaluation, development studies, management or related discipline from a reputed institution;
– At least 5 years of professional experiences in M&E preferably from a project funded by any bi-lateral and/or multi-lateral organization.
3 Business Development Specialist-1 BDS- RERP-1016
• Post Graduate or higher degree in economics. management or other related discipline from a reputed institution;
• 5 years of professional experience in enterprise promotion or business development.
4. Migration Specialist-1 MGS-RERP-1016
• Post Graduate or higher degree in economics, social science or migration from a reputed institution;
• 5 years of professional working experience in a senior position in a development project related to migration or rural development.
5. Financial Inclusion Specialist-1 FIS-RERP-1016
• Post Graduate or higher degree in economics, business adminstration or other related discipline;
• 5 years of professional experience in a rural development program project or in a formal financial institution with a minimum of 3 years experience in access to finance related activities.
6. Rural FinanceSpecialist-1 RFS-RERP-1016
• Bachelor-, or higher degree, in development finance, development economics, business studies or other related discipline;
• 10 years of professional experiences from rural banking sector with at least 5 years of experiences in working, with cooperative/financial intermediaries and micro/small enterprises.
7. Knowledge Management Specialist-1 RIMS-RERP-1016
• Post Graduate degree in field related to development, communication or journalism from a reputed institution;
• At least years of working experiences in the field of communication and/or knowledge management
8. Targeting, GESI Specialist-1 TAR-RERP-1016
• Post Graduate degree in gender studies, rural development, sociology or related discipline from a reputed institution;
• At least 5 years of experience in working on women, youth, indigenous and deprived community issues and mainstreaming thorn in development projects and programmes in Nepal,
9 Financial Management Officer – 1 FMO-REPP- 1016
• Post Graduate or proffessional degree in Accounts, Finance, Financial Accounting or related field from a reputed institution;
• 3 years of professional experience in managing finances of a development project/program and/or private sector company.
10 Data Management Officer-1 DMO-RERP-1016
• Bachelors degree in information ‘management, computer science, computer engineering or any other field related to information technology or Bachelors degree in any field with at least 6 months of certified database training;
• At least 3 years experience in database management.
11. Procurement Officer -1 PRO-RFRP-1016.
• Post Graduate (Professional Degree) or higher degree in procurement management, law or financial management;
• 5 years of professional experience work programs with at least 3 years experience of handling procurement activities.
12. Administrative Officer -1 ADM-RERP-1016
• Post Graduate or Bachelors degree in management, public administration or business administration from a reputed institution with 3 years and 5 years of working experience in administration respectively.
13. Corridor Coordinator -2 COR-RERP- 1016
• Post Graduate or higher degree in economics, business management. enterprise development or other relevant social science;
• 5 years of working experience in managing development and oriented projects or institutions.
14 PM&E Officer -2 PMO-RERP-1016
• Post Graduare degree in monitoring and evaluation, development studies, management or related discipline;
• At least 3 years of professional experiences in the field of PM&E.
15. Migration Officer -2 MGO-RERP-1016
• Post graduate in economics. statistics. sociology or social science, preferably with an orientation to look into migration issue;
• 3 years professional experience in managing development program related to migration or rural development
16 Administration and Finance Officer -2 AFO-RERP-1016
• Post Graduate degree in business studies with major in finance andfor accounting;
• 3 years of relevant work experience in a government agency, private organization or development project funded by donor agencies.
