  1. Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL) Officer-STEAM Ahead Project (Fixed term until june2024 based in Dolpa; Open for female applicants only).

Responsibility: Collect, review and share high quality, timely, accurate and complete programme/ project based  monitoring information, research and evaluation data to support and inform overall project/programme being implemented at the regional as well as country level, Focus on supporting partner Organizations to improve their projects’ monitoring and evaluation as and when needed; support in capacity building of partner staff in MERL system; implement plan International Nepal’s Accountability Mechanism.

2. Program Specialist Thrive (Fixed-term for 2 years based in Regional Office- west; open for female applicants only)

Responsibility: Oversee and ensure a high- quality project implementation, in both development and humanitarian settings, and achieve targets towards plan’s requirements through overall management of the implementing partners of the respective area and districts, under the direct supervision of program manager; Represent plan in various forums in the respective sector/s including in government at municipal, district and provincial level and other stakeholders; Work closely with program quality and innovation Department to enhance the technical quality of program implementation and to provide necessary field information in developing winning proposals and with influencing, Campaign and communications department to advance plan’s campaigns.

3. Communication Manager (Fixed- term for 2 years based in country office; open to all applicants)

Responsibility: Deliver high impact communications that reflect the Organization’s approaches, principles and values as a leading child’s rights agency, inspiring confidence across a range of internal and external audiences; Provide strategic leadership and direction for all Communications  objectives of plan international Nepal’s Country Strategy, and strategic support across the Organization including external and internal messaging, ensuring that plan’s credibility, visibility and brand recognition remain high with key stakeholders; Lead the production and dissemination of high – quality communication materials for a variety of audiences.
