- Extensive background in Hotel & Hospitality Management, Customer Oriented service operation and business development
- US Certification is preferred
- Specialized STCW Training
- Hospitality management, business administration or related field diploma or Bachelor from a recognized hotel school or university is preferred
- Minimum working experience of 5 years in International level
- Previous senior leadership experience in 5* Hotels required
- Strong managerial skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Excellent command of the English language required.
- Strong Communication Skills;
- Ability to analyze data, trends and create strategies for improvement
- Innovative, creative and willing to take risks
