Nepal Eye Program, Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology (T10), a centre of excellence in comprehensive eye care service delivery including training, research, kitraocular lens manufacturing facility. community program, is currently looking for qualified Nepali candidates to apply for the following positions on the contract basis:
1.Senior Finance Officer (No. of Position :1) – Level T- Hetauda Community Eye Hospital
The Senior Finance Officer will be responsible to keep u p 4o-date day to day financial transaction and reports to CFO.
Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor Degree in related discipline 5 years and more experience in related field
Experience in production, services and development agency will be given priority
Minimum Requirements:
• Knowledge of chart of account. primary entry and financial documentation
• Scrutinizing of vouchers, subsidiary books and ledger accounts
• Ensuring compliance of regulating authorly, tax legislafion and accounting standard
• Handing of fixed assets and inventaytransacbon and implementation of controls
• Assisting inbudgeting, costing, inplementafion of polcy, procedure and MIS
• K novAedge of Ms-Office specie Ilyfor Excel Worksheet and Accounting Applications
• Good interpersonal and time management skills and can work under pressure
2. Library Officer (No. of Position:I )-Level 6
Library Officer will be responsble for supervision and coordination of library and supervise users and work in a manner consistent with policies. principles, trends and practice of a professional library.
Qualification and Experience:
• Bachelor degree in I brary Science
• Two years experience in retatedfield will be an advantage
• Fluency in Nepali &English Language
• Excellentcomputerskills
• Willingness to work in shift basis through active participation
Minimum Requirements:
• Manage library iwentcry, perform stock checks and prepare item list for removal, relocation and binding
• Manage serialcollectici and acquisition of new braty materials
• Ensure implementation of library rules and reguletcns
• Perform routine maintenance of liorary equipment including computers, audio-visual devices, printers aryl photocopiers
• Manage library clean safe and organized
• Supervise staffs in cdlecting, Cataloging. preparing and organizing library materials according to establishedpolicies
• Maintaki lbrary materials including bbliograph and other library files
• Compile atistical reports for the library, manage library data and reports utilizing hay software systems
• Process new bcoks, maintain erculationrecordsand makereserveson requested books
• Assist vistas in use if reference source. electronic datetases. computers and ether Ibrary machinery
• Safe Keeping of books, e-books and other properties of the organation under libraryunit
3.Assistant Production Technician (No. of Position -4) • Level -4
Assistant Production Technical, (Lathe! Milling Operator) will be responsible ter day to day work related to Lathe Operation in the production line in shift basis.
Minimum Requirements:
• Sub Overseer or Jr Technician/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering
• Previous experience intraining programsassociatedviith GMP, ISO
• Must be willing to work in N ightlEvening shift, as required
• Fluency in Nepali& English language vsithComputerskills
• Sound physical health &Between 18 and 30 yearsof age
4.Assistant Production Technician (No. of Position -4) • Level -4
Assistant Production Technician (Cleanroom) will be responsble for day to day work related to cleanroom production in the production line in shift basis.
Minimum Requirements:
• Intermediate/10+2 inScienceorEquivalent
• Knowledge in Quality Standards associated with GMP, ISO
• Must be willing to work in NightiEvening shift, as required
• Fluency in Nepali &English language vAth Computer skills
• Sound physical health& Between 18 and 30 years of age
5.Assistant Q.C. Technician (No. of Position- 4)- Level – 4
Assistant Q.C. Technician will be responsible for day to day trcrk related to quality in the production linein shift basis.
Minimum Requirements:
• Intermediate/10+2 inScienceorEquivalent
• Knowledge inQuality Standards associated with GMP, ISO
• Must be willing to work in Night/Evening shift as required
• Fluency in Nepali & E nglish language vAth Computer skills
• Sound physical health &Between 18 and 30 yearsof age
