Ncell has announced free Facebook browsing for its customer from 15th February 2017. Ncell and Facebook has made agreement for the Facebook browsing free of cost to Ncell customer.
Facebook browsing will be free from 14th February Midnight. But note that limited features from Facebook are free. You can check below details about the free features.

How to Use Facebook Messenger for free with Ncell ?
To use Facebook Messenger that is chat service you need to chat through Facebook Lite App or you can use Facebook from chrome browser. You can download Facebook Lite.
Note that Facebook Messenger App is not free, so we need to use Facebook Lite app or chrome browser to usr free Facebook Service.
Now you can surf Facebook from all the devices which support internet. Ncell and Facebook has made this agreement on the theme “Internet for Everyone”.
Apter this service is activated from Ncell, you will see a button ” Go To Free” on Facebook wall which you will need to click and you will automatically be able to use free Facebook Browsing.
