Guidelines for Applying Individual Labour Permit in Nepal (Online Shram Swikriti) : Department of foreign Affair and employment has announced online system for applying individual labour permit. Now any one can apply for labour permit from their mobile device or any devices connected to internet.
Please Follow the below steps properly.
Step 1: How to Get Username/Password ?
- Open https://feims.dofe.gov.np
- Click on Renew /Re-Entry Registration (old)
- Enter your passport number in the passport number box
- You will see your passport number and your details, click on it and then you will have to enter your email address.
- You will get a email with your username and password. Please keep safe this for your future usage!
Note: If you do not receive email with your username and password then you can try to login with your email address as your username and 1234 as your password.
Step 2: How to Enter personal Information of an Worker ?
A: Steps to enter personal Information
- Open https://feims.dofe.gov.np
- Now enter the username and password from steps 1.
- Click on profile menu and edit your profile to enter your new profile details.
- Make sure you fill all the required field and upload the necessary documents.
B: Renew work permit/ Re-entry Work permit workers details
- Click on Re-entry menu and then Individual Re-entry sub menu. You will see your previous work details.
- Click on Add new Button and enter your details.
