Tourism Development Bank Limited, one of the leading National Level Development Banks, has been contributing in socio-economic development of the country and moving towards the delivery of comprehensive banking services and products to the esteemed customers. As a part of its growth plan, the Bank is looking for highly motivated, creative and competent Nepalese citizens for its Corporate Office and upcoming branches, inside Kathmandu valley and outside the valley at Butwal, Hetauda, Itahari, Rajahar,Kohalpur and Kalikot.
Position Title: Junior Trainee Assistant (For Kathmandu,Butwal, Hetauda, Itahari, Rajahar, Kohalpur and Kalikot )
No. of Vacancies: Few
Qualification: 10+2 or equivalent degree with minimum second division from recognized university/board.
Preferable Age: 18- 28 years as on last date of application submission.

Position Title: Officer/ Sr. Officer – Marketing (For Corporate Office)

Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Management or equivalent degree from a recognized university having at least 3 years of banking experience or 5 years of working experience in the field of marketing in Multinational Companies or Manufacturing Companies or Corporate Houses.

Position Title: Branch Manager (For Butwal, Hetauda, Itahari, Rajahar, Kohalpur and Kalikot)

Assistant Officer/ Officer/ Senior Officer
Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Management or equivalent degree from a recognized university having at least 3 years of banking experience. The candidates must have presently been working in same level or one level below and handling overall operational & credit functions in bank and/or financial institution. The candidates should have an ability to lead the branch and its team smoothly and profitably.
Preferable Age: Not exceeding 40 years as on last date of application submission.
Position Title: Assistant Officer (For Kathmandu, Butwal & Hetauda)
No. of Vacancies: Few
Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Management or equivalent degree from a recognized university having at least 3 years of banking experience. The candidates must have presently been working in same level or one level below and handling operational or credit functions. Preference shall be given to those candidates handling overall operational & credit functions in bank and/or financial institution.
Preferable Age: Not exceeding 40 years as on last date of application submission.
Position Title: Senior Assistant (For Kathmandu, Butwal, Hetauda, Itahari, Rajahar, Kohalpur and Kalikot)

Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Management or equivalent degree from a recognized university having at least 2 years of banking experience with the exposure in the areas of operational or credit functions.
Preferable Age: Not exceeding 28 years as on last date of application submission.
Position Title: Assistant Manager – Marketing (For Corporate Office)
No. of Vacancies: 1
Qualification: Masters Degree in Management or equivalent degree from a recognized university having at least 5 years of banking experience. The candidates must have presently been working in one level below or higher position and handling deposit marketing (individual as well as Institutional) in Bank or Financial Institution. The candidates should be able to meet the challenging targets of marketing.
Preferable Age: Not exceeding 45 years as on last date of application submission.
