The Bank has 73 branches and 35 ATMs across Nepal with a network covering all major financial centers of the country. The Bank is looking for an energetic, passionate, self- motivated, dynamic, result oriented and personable individual to join us in following positions at Corporate Office, inside / outside valley branches.
1. Branch Managers: (Supervisor/Junior Officer/ Officer) – Few
Locations: Inside/Outside Valley Branches: Damak, Lahan, Janakpur, Damauli, Manahari, Bandipur. Kawasoti, Kohalpur,10 Dang, Surkhet, Rupani (Saptari), Rukum, Kathmandu, Bhaktapur.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s Degree in Management from recognized university and 3 years of banking experience; or Bachelor’s degree in Management from recognized university with 5 years of banking experience.
- Should be skillful in business growth, providing a superior level of customer service and promoting service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation.
- Age not below 21 and not exceeding 40 years as on application deadline.
2. Management Trainee – Few

3. Junior Assistant – Few
Locations: Inside/Outside Valley Branches: Damak, Janakpur, Lahan, ltahari. Chandranigahapur, Dhadingbesi, Dharke, Khadichaur (Sindhupalchok), Chitwan, Pokhara, Damauli, Bandipur, Abukhaireni, Chandrauta, Kawasoti, Parasi, Bhairahawa (Rupandehi), Dang, Kohalpur, Surkhet, Manahari (Makwanpur), Rupani (Saptari), Nepalgunj. Birgunj, Rukum,1 Kathmandu.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in management with minimum of second division marks or CGPA of 2.50 from recognized university.
- Age not below 21 and not exceeding 35 years.
- Local people are given priority to apply.
