1. Branch Managers
Location: Bagmati Region Branches; Kathmandu, Dhading, Nuwakot, Kavrepalanchowk & Sindhupalchowk
Required Number: Few This position requires an ability to impeccably carry the Bank’s Brand and effectively act as Bank’s Brand Representative. The candidate are expected to possess excellent com-petitive, market, and product intelligence and be able to chalk out instrumental market-ing plans, strategies and roadmaps and ensure their effective implementation and should have an ability to train, nurture and groom team members and motivate them for greater accomplishments. deployed within the bank and forward feedback/suggestion to enhance their productivity
Eligibilty Criteria:
- Preferably Master’s Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Experience in the related field will be prioritized.
- Age not below 21 and not exceeding 50 years.
2. Service Managers (Operation In-charge) (Assistant/Senior Assistant/ Supervisor)
Location: Bagmati Region Branches; Kathmandu, Dhading, Nuwakot, Kavrepalanchowk & Sindhupalchowk
Required Number: Few The candidate is responsible for overseeing the bank’s administrative and operations activities and directing work flow between related units. The candidates are expected to be updated in applying up to date knowledge of banking policies, practices and proce-dures in operations area of the bank
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, preferably in management.
- Experience in the related field will be prioritized.
- Age not below 18 and not exceeding 35 years.
