Sindhu Bikash Bank Ltd. is looking forward for the following position for its corporate office, branches and upcoming Branches. Applications are invited from the qualified, result oriented, energetic, competent and deserving candidates.
1. Deputy General Manager: 1
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in management/Economics preferred will be given to Master degree holder,
- At Least 7 Years Work Experience in top Level management of any Bank & Fls,
- Well Knowledge of Company act, NRB Directive & policy
- Knowledge of rural based banking will be an extra advantage for the candidate.
2. Department Head: Few
Minimum Qualification & Experience
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in management/Economics,
- At Least 3 Years Work Experience in related department work in Bank & Fls,
- Must have Two Wheeler Driving License (Account, IT Credit, Operation Risk, Legal, Compliance Department)
- Knowledge of rural based banking will be an extra advantage for the candidate.
- Preferred will be Knowledge of Pumori plus IV Banking software with SQL Server, DBMS, Hardware & networking etc for the IT Department.
3. Branch Manager: Few
Minimum Qualification & Experience
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in management/Economics,
- At Least 2-3 Years Work Experience in Operation, Marketing, Credit in Bank & Fls,
- Preferred will be Branch In-charge/Manager & Local Candidate.
- Must have Two Wheeler Driving License.
4. Supervisor/ Sr. Assistant (Account, IT Credit, Operation, Legal, Risk Department): Few
Minimum Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Management,
- At Least 1 Year Work Experience in related department work in Bank & Fls,
- Must have Two Wheeler Driving License Department)
- Candidate willing to work in rural area will be given priority.
- Preferred will be Knowledge of Pumori plus IV Banking software with SQL Server, DBMS, Hardware & networking etc for the IT Department.
5. Assistant/Jr. Assistant: Few
Minimum Qualification & Experience
- Minimum +2 passed.
- Preferred will be Internship holder in any BFIs.
- Candidate willing to work in rural area will be given priority.
6. Support Level: Few
Minimum Qualification & Experience
- Minimum 8 (Eight) Class Passed. (Peon/Guard)
- Preferred will be local candidates & Experience in related filed.

1. All the candidates must have computer Knowledge & office Application along with excellent communication skills.
