Swadeshi Laghubitta is arapidly growing renowned national level microfinance company with its head office at Itahari-08, Sunsari and 50 branches throughout the country. The company is looking for highly motivated, dynamic and career focused individuals with sound academic and professional background for the following positions:
Designation: Deputy General Manager/Deputy CEO, Required No: 1 Education, Experience & Age: Master’s Degree in Management/ Economics or equivalent from recognized institution and having experience of at least 5 years in managerial in bank/financial institutions & at least 3 years in managerial level (department head) in microfinance institution. The applicant must have a deep sense of purpose and commitment in welfare of customers, society and its stakeholders. Age should not be exceeding 50 years as on the date of tendering application.
Designation: Chartered Accountant, Required No: 1 Education, Experience & Age: B. Com or Equivalent with CA/ACCA from recognized institution with experience of at least 1 year in bank/ financial/ corporate institutions. The applicant must have thorough knowledge on NRB directives, rules, regulation, bylaws & good interpersonal skill as well as versed in computer handling. Age should not be exceeding 40 years as on the date of tendering application.
