Pokhara Finance Ltd., a National Level Finance Company with its Head Office in Pokhara, is looking for young, dynamic and result oriented Nepalese Citizens in the below mentioned posts:
1. Credit Officer (Officer level) – 1 (H.0)
Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Management/Economics.
Job specifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ banking experience in any NRB licensed BFIs.
- Have performed the job role of Supervisor and above.
- Good knowledge in Credit/Compliance.
- Excellent communication skill (Nepali and English).
- Good negotiation and presentation skill.
- Able to meet the assigned target and lead the team effectively.
- Good knowledge on Pumori Banking Software.
Age limit : Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 40 years at the time of filing application.
Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent.
Job specifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ banking experience in any NRB licensed BFIs.
- Good knowledge in IT/Compliance/Administration.
- Excellent communication skill (Nepali and English).
- Good negotiation and presentation skill.
- Good knowledge on Pumori Banking Software.
Age limit : Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 40 years at the time of filing application.
3. Branch Manager (Jr. officer/Officer level) – 1 (Dumre Branch)
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Management/Economics.
Job specifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ banking experience in any NRB licensed Bits.
- Good knowledge in Credit/Account/Compliance/Operation.
- Excellent communication skill (Nepali and English).
- Good negotiation and presentation skill.
- Able to meet the assigned target and lead the team effectively.
- Good knowledge on Pumori Banking Software.
Age limit : Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 40 years at the time of filing application
4. Credit & Marketing (Assistant/Sr. Assistant) – 4 (Pokhara, Dumre, Narayangarh 8 Lahachowk Branch)
Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Management/Economics/Humanities.
Job specifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ banking experience in BFIs/Co-operatives/Business Organizations.
- Good knowledge in Credit/Marketing.
- Ability to work in minimum supervision
- Excellent communication skill (Nepali and English).
Age limit : Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 35 years at the time of filing application.
5. Jr. Assistant – Few (Dumre & Narayanghat Branch)
Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in any discipline.
Job specifications:
- Should be self starter.
- Good communication skills with the ability to delight customers with personalized service.
- Able to adjust and adapt in new environment.
- Ability to work in minimum supervision.
- Having prior work experience would be an added advantage.
Age limit : Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 35 years at the time of filing application.
