Royal Singi Hotel is looking to recruit self motivated leaders who are result oriented with excellent interpersonal and customer handling skills. He/She must possess the ability to work within a tom environment and provide consistent and exceptional service experience to guests at all times, Candidates are prefered with Min Bachelor’s degree and a strong command of both Nepali and English Working knowledge of computers is mandatory Le e-mails, excel, word, develop presentations, cost calculations, ability to read and analyze sales/cost reports, internal and external correspondence as well as submit monthly and quarterly business critique reports.
DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER
- Min 45 yrs experience in Sales as Asst Director or Sales Manager preferably within a 4/5 star hotel operation
- Strong negotiation skills, ability to conduct presentations and speak in large groups
- Analytical skills to be able to review market trends, conduct period( SWOT, REVPAR and Market capture analysis to be able to maximize ADR and OCC% wl Thorough knowledge and awareness of MICE opportunities in the country to establish the property as a competitive and preferred venue
- This position requires exceptional planning communication and co-ordination skills, The role I I also involve negotiations, handling obstacles and problem solving.
CONFERENCE & EVENTS SALES MANAGER
- Min 2-3 years of prior Sales and/or Events Management Experience within a 4/5 star hotel
- Must have in-depth knowledge of the MICE market within the country
- Pre-opening project candidate will be working to establish sales collateral, menus, web content & standard operating processes
- Flexible with schedule and a hands-on operational leader. This is not an administrative 8 am-5 pm role with weekends oft
- Candidate will be responsible for events hence maybe required to work past Spm and on weekends when necessary
- This position requires exceptional planning, communication, co-ordination and delegation .
- Candidate must have the ability to recognize and anticipate client’s expectations and be knowledgeable of selling techniques to drive increased sales
- 3-4 years of prior Management experience in a 4 years , star hotel within Housekeeping Dept Flexible with schedule and hands-on of don i-71 I leader
- Must have sound knowledge of laundry operations and inventory management w Problem solver with the ability to be pragmatic and lead a team of over 20 personnel
- Must possess a keen eye to detail and ensure the Dept conforms to established standards for cleanliness in rooms and public areas Prior opening experience of a new property will be an asset
REVENUE & RESERVATIONS MANAGER
- Candidate must have min 2-3yrs of prior Reservations experience within a 4/5 star hotel/resort operation
- Implement revenue maximization initiatives in Rooms and Banquets.,’ Events
- Establish the Revenue Management process in the hotel and manage all room reservation portals (e-mail, online engines, synexis partners etc)
- He/she will also be responsible for competitive intelligence and facilitating strategic competitive practices
- Responsibilities include Forecasting, Availability and Inventory Management, Yield Management, Hotel Profitability’ and Revenue Opportunities
- Must conduct strategic review of ADR, REVPAR and communicate progress to the owners
