Support for International Health and Family Planning Organizations 2 (SIFPO2) is a cooperative agreement funded by USAID and implemented by Marie Stopes International Nepat/SunauloParivar Nepal in 11 districts of Nepal: Sankhuwasava, Siraha, Rautahat, Chitwan, DhadIng, Kaskl, Parbat, Myagdl, Syangja, Rupandehl and Darchula from 2015 to 2019. MSN is a member of the Marie Stopes International (MSI) Global Partnership. which operates in over 38 countries worldwide. In Nepal. SIFPO2 is a Family Planning Service Strengthening Program (FPSSP) and works for strengthening the FP services delivery system of DoHS/MoH to increase voluntary use of family planning services by increasing accessibility and availability of high quality comprehensive family planning services to the hard to reach, disadvantaged, migrants and adolescent population to achieve universal coverage In the districts and increase district level CYP.

We are looking for following people who want to embrace new ways of working, use their initiative. take on multiple tasks, be a team player, and deliver solid social and financial results to ensure we can expand our services to more men andwomen in Nepal. The positions require frequent travel to monitor project activities.

1 Position, required number and Base: Quality and Technical Assurance (QTA) Manager-I (Kathmandu based)

Job Description:

• Ensure high clinical standards and client care in of SIFPO2 supported sites

• Technical guidance and support to project trained government staff

• Conduct quality technical assurance audits

• Monitoring and ensuring completion of activities outlined in the audit report

• Planning/implementation FP service delivery including through outreach

Minimum Requirement :

• Medical Doctor with MBBS, preferably with additional post graduate degree In public health, or gynaeology/GP

• Registered in Nepal Medical Council

• At least 3 years of experience in designing, Implementing and monitoring clinical interventions of large scale projects, preferably related tofamily planning and funded by USAID

2 Position: District Managers-Few (District based)

 Job Description:

• Project Managementand Compliance

• External Relationsand Coordination

• Technical Guidance and Supervision

• Clinical Standards and Client Care

• Team Management

Minimum Requirement:

• Medical Doctor with MBBS,preferably with additional post graduate degree in public health, or gynaeology/GP

• Registered in Nepal Medical Council

• Preferably trained on family planning including CoFP & Counseling. Implant. IUCD and Clinical Training Skills (CTS)

• Preferably 3 years of experience in designing, Implementing and monitoring project Interventions at district level, preferably related to family planning and funded by USAID

3 Position: IT Officer-1 (Kathmandu based)

Job Description

• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications

• Monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of the project

• Diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems

• Ensure the correct running and maintenance of the IT systems at SO & districts

Minimum Requirement

• Bachelors degree (Masters degree preferred) ininformafion Technologyor similar subject

• At least 3 years of experience in designing, implementing and monitoring IT systemof large scale LINGO projects, preferably related to family planning and funded by USAID

• Experienced in installing and configuring computer systems; monitoring, and maintaining computer systems and networks; troubleshooting problems. diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults

4 Position: Behavior Change Communication Officers – Few (District based)

Job Description

• Planning and Implementation of Demand Generation (DG) and Behavior Change Communication (BCC)initiatives

• Documentation and Reporting of DG and BCC activities

• Coordination, Partnership and Communication with Partners

Minimum Requirement

• Bachelors Degree (Preferably Post Graduate University Degree) in health communication, health promotion and health education, public health or other relevant subjects.

• At least 3 years of experience in designing. implementing and monitoring DG/IEC/BCC interventions of large scale projectS, preferably related to family planning and funded by USAID

5 Position: Family Planning Quality Coordinators- Few (District based)

Job Description

• Coordination with Health Facilities

• Coaching, mentoring and support

• Technical Guidance and Monitoring

• Clinical Standards and ClientCare

Minimum Requirement

• Proficiency Certificate Level in nursing

• Preferably trained on family planning including Implant and IUCD

• At least 2 years of experience in designing. implementing and monitoring health related interventions at district level

6 Position: Auxiliary Nurse Midwives (ANMs)-11 districts

Job Description

• Coordination with Health Facilities

• Quality FP service delivery including LARC

• Monitoring. Coaching, mentoring and support

• Support DMs and FPQCs for project work

Minimum Requirement

• Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM) training

• Preferably trained on family planning including Implantand IUCD

• At least 2 years of experience in implementing health related interventions at district level, preferably in FPservice delivery
