JOB POSITION: Executive – Brand

The Executive is responsible for execution of standard branding and communication tasks for Kantipur Publications Pvt. Ltd.’s Brands.

Job Responsibilities

As a Brand Executive, you will be responsible for providing daily support to the Brand Manager in the execution of daily tasks.You will analyze products and promotions from competitors and co-ordinate with Marketing and Sales teams to get update on competitor activity.You will be responsible for understanding the market and for the identification of market needs. You will research to identify market gaps, pricing, consumer trends and solutions and new launches. You will support in executing the annual communication plans and suggest and innovate ideas.You will liaise with other departments for smooth execution of work. BTL execution play an active role to handle implementations, by being the operational link between the team and external agencies, you will deliver the necessary elements, on time and in full.You will work with partner agencies to manage ATL, BTL, and graphics: handle meetings with various partners: provide support to other departments as and when needed. You will play active role in organizing events and outreach activities.

Job Requirements

Education: A minimum of a Bachelors degree or equivalent in communications, management, or related field

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Three to five years of relevant professional experience in brand and/or communication, including experience in advertising, media and event/campaign management.
  • Demonstrated ability of handling Brand, Marketing or Sales tasks prior to this role.
  • Ability and willingness to work in a challenging environment involving travel and working extra hours.
  • Good understanding of the social media landscape and ability to use different platforms for communication.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office suite, Google applications, email, word processing and spreadsheets.
  • Must have pleasant personality and interpersonal skills.

Language Requirements: Superior oral and written communications skills in Nepali and English.
