We are looking for an EXECUTIVE CHEF, proficient in all aspects of food preparation, and to be able to maintain complete control of the kitchen. The incumbent should have minimum 5 years experience in a star hotel of repute with the following requirements.
- Degree in Culinary science with working experience as a head chef.
- Excellent knowledge of menu engineering and costing
- Specialised experience in Continental and Asian cuisines.
- Excellent record of training and leading a food production team.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Working knowledge of in industry best practices- HACCP, etc.
