Job Location: Kathmandu

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field

• No prior experience required however, preference will be given to the candidates having experience in the related field

Job Specifications:

• Should have good analytical skill and negotiation skill
• Must have sound knowledge of Human Resource functional elements (Recruitment and Selection, Payroll Management, HRIS Management)

• Should have excellent communication skill (written & verbal) and report writing skill
• Proficiency in MS-Office Package with excellent knowledge of MS-Excel
• Should have good interpersonal skill

Job Description:

• Recruitment and selection of potential candidates as per the requirement of the client and recommend the suitable candidates for the final round of interview

• Assist in preparing proposals to various clients regarding outsourced staffing, payroll management and background verification as and when required

• Assist/Coordinate to manage monthly salary and benefits of overall outsourced employees

• Regular visit the clients and employees to get instant feedback on performance

• Conducting various verification process of the candidates of various clients and reporting accordingly

• Assist to prepare up-to-date record of all existing clients/candidates detail, update activities relating to each client/candidate and submit a report to the concerned authority whenever asked

• Master’s degree completed in HR
• At least two years of experience in HR field

Job Description:

• Responsible to handle multiple HR Consulting Project independently

• Continuous study and analysis of HR scenario, trends and practices to remain updated all the time
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the concerned authority
