Nepal Water and Energy Development Company Pvt. Ltd. is a developer of Upper Trishuli-1 Hydroelectric Project (216 MW) at Trishuli river of Rasuwa District. The company is seeking applications from qualified Nepali professionals for following positions:
Post : Finance Officer
Position : One
Job Location : Head Office, Kathmandu
Major Duties and Requirements:
• Review and update Financial Model and other documents related to Project Financing.
• Coordinate with International Financial Institutions for favorable finance agreement.
• Fulfill conditions precedent for Financial Closure.
• Coordinate with local banks for operating accounts and matters relating to guarantee/LC.
• Managing budget and Treasury Balance.
• Managing Project financing risks.
• Analyze the required Financial Information.
Requirements:
• CA/ACCA/CPA with 2 years of post-qualification experience or MBA in Finance with 4 years of experience.
• Excellent Microsoft skins in Excel, Power pointand MS-Word
• Knowledge of financial procedures.
• Experience of project financing with international lenders.
Post : General Manager
Position : One
Job Location : Head Office, Kathmandu
Major Duties and Requirements:
• Manage the project optimization, construction schedule optimization and engineering documents control of the project
• Monitor and supervise the project design, construction and procurement of the project components.
• Mange EPC related schedules, plans and contracts.
• Deal with relevant engineering and managerial stakeholders.
Requirements:
• MSc in Engineering with MBA (preferred).
• At least 20 years of experience in Energy Sector.
• Completed a complete project cycle of medium scale Hydropower project in Nepal orabroad
• Experience of contract management using FIDIC guidebnes.
