Nepal Water and Energy Development Company Pvt.. Ltd. is a developer of Upper Trishuli-1 Hydroelectric Project (216 MW) at Trishuli river of Rasuwa District. The company is seeking applications from qualified Nepali professionals for following positions:
Post : Finance Officer
Position : One
Job Location : Head Office, Kathmandu
Major Duties and Requirements:
- Review and update Financial Model and other documents related to Project Financing.
- Coordinate with International Financial Institutions for favorable finance agreement
- Fulfill conditions precedent for Financial Closure.
- Coordinate with local banks for operating accounts and matters relating to guarantee/LC.
- Managing budget and Treasury Balance,
- Managing Project financing risks.
- Analyze the required Financial Information.
