FTTH-INSTALLER (Customer Service Department – Field Support) -39 (Male )
Job Description:
■ Install and troubleshoot optical fiber connectivity at customers end and provide technical support.
■ Initiate required action for response to customer service requests and communicate the changes to concerned personnel/branch/ department.
■ Prepare customer service summary reports, follow-up and make scheduled visit to customers as and when required.
Job Specification:
■ Bachelors degree or Intermediate with minimum one year experience in relevant field
■ Ability to climb utility poles and work with wires
■ Knowledge and experience in Internet, computer operations and hardware/software
■ Self-motivated to conquer a task or solve problem even if it requires working beyond office hours and under pressure
■ Pleasing personality and good communication skills
■ Possession of vehicle and driving license is desirable
