One of the reputed Rolling Mill Industry, located in Simara, invites applications from interested and experienced Nepalese candidates for the following positions.

GENERAL MANAGER (SIMARA BASED)

Industry is seeking a GM who can run a large scale industry independently, ensure effective management system in the factory and establish effective operations.

Qualification and Skills required:-

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering or business related educational field with minimum 5 years relevant experience in any large scale manufacturing company.

2. Experienced in project handling, manpower handling and having full knowledge related to Human Resource.

3. Ability to handle technical team as well as administration.

CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT

Location: Head office, Kathmandu Job Type: Head (Finance) Qualification: Certified CA from Nepal; at least 5 years hands-on experience Key Roles: Leading the corporate Finance/Account team, dealing with Financial Institutes in all aspect of Trade and Finance, Playing a key role in the budgeting, forecasting and planning process, analyze costs, pricing and expenses. Liaise with auditors for statutory audit, fund planning preparation & representation of MIS Monitor Corporate & Factory Account Team overseeing Tax Audit and Annual Tax Planning.

SR. OFFICER-HUMAN RESOURCE AND ADMINSTRATION/OPERATIONS

Location: Simara, Bara Job Type: Administration and HR Operation of factory.

Qualification: Masters in Management stream; at least 3 years hands•on experience

Key Roles: Ensure smooth operation of HR and Administrations functions of factory, proper coordination of legal functions, ensure better relations with local bodies and govt. bodies, documentation of every administrative functions, reporting and communication, handling of human resources related activities of factory.

SR. OFFICER-PROCUREMENT/STORE

Location: Simara, Bara Job Type: store management and procurement of factory.

Qualification: Graduates in Management stream; at least 3-5 years hands-on experience Key Roles: Basic skills of store management and supervise all in and out goods. Vendor development, price control and ensure to control all leakages issues in store and procurement both. Keeping and updated MIS of overall store, goods and requisitions and availability of mill machinery tools. Reporting and communication, handling of store and procurement related activities of factory. Salary shall be commensurate to the level of candidates. However, candidates can enlist their expectations in the application thereof.
