1. Head IT (Manager/Senior Manager)
Required Number-1
This position requires an ability to implement the Bank’s Information Technology Strategy and ensure that the Bank has the appropriate IT Infrastructure to effectively supporting an achievement of its objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Preferably Masters Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum 5-10 years of banking experience but should have at least 5 years experience in Managerial Level.
- Age not below 25 years and not exceeding 50 years.
2. Senior Officer (For Inside & Outside Kathmandu Valley Regions/Departments/ Branches)
Required Number — 53
This is a senior management position which requires an ability to impeccably carry the Bank’s Brand and effectively act as Bank’s Brand Representative. The candidate should have an ability to train, nurture and groom team members and motivate the team for greater achievements and should possess an ability to lead the Regions/Units/Branches towards achieving the set goals while enhancing customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Preferably Masters Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- At least 5 years of banking experience with proven experience in related field.
- Age not below 21 years and not exceeding 40 years.
3. Officer (For Inside & Outside Kathmandu Valley Regions/Departments/Branches)
Required Number —55
This position requires an ability to impeccably carry the Bank’s Brand and effectively act as Bank’s Brand Representative. The candidate should have an ability to train, nurture and groom team members and motivate the team for greater achievements and should possess an ability to lead the Regions/Units/Branches towards achieving the set goals while enhancing customer satisfaction.

4. Junior Officer (For Inside & Outside Kathmandu Valley Regions/Departments/Branches)

This position requires an ability to impeccably carry the Bank’s Brand and effectively act as Bank’s Brand Representative. The candidate should have an ability to train, nurture and groom team members and motivate the team for greater achievements and should possess an ability to lead the Regions/Units/Branches towards achieving the set goals while enhancing customer satisfaction.

- Preferably Master’s Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- At least 5 years of banking experience with proven experience in related field.
- Age not below 21 years and not exceeding 40 years.
