Job Description
PHASE Nepal is a non-governmental organisation establish in 2006 to support poor communities in remote areas of Nepal. For the last 10 years, it has been implementing Health, Education and Livelihood improvement programmes in different districts of Nepal. PHASE Nepal invites applications from competent candidates for the following positions:
1. Project Manager
Duty Station: Kathmandu with travel up to 70% in project areas.
Qualification and Experience: Master’s Degree (or equivalent) preferably in Agriculture, social sciences with at least 8 years of working experience in similar capacity. The person must be responsible in livelihood project planning and its implementation in hilly areas of Nepal. Should have strong computer skills in MS Office with good command of written and spoken English and Nepali language.
2. Health Supervisor – Few
Duty Station: PHASE Project districts.
Qualification and Experience: Should have completed Health Assistant or Staff Nurse Degree with at least 2 years of working experience in similar capacity. Should be computer literate with strong communication skill in English and Nepali language.
3. J. T A (Junior Technical Assistant) – Few
Duty Station: PHASE Project districts.
Qualification and Experience: Should have completed Technical SLC (TSLC) in Plant iProduction or Animal Husbandry with minimum 2 years of working experience in similar field. Experience in community mobilization will be an added advantage.
4. Admin and Logistics Assistant
Duty Station: Kathmandu (Frequent visit to project areas)
Qualification and Experience: Should have completed Bachelor’s degree in any stream with at least a year of working experience in similar position. Should be flexible to take any assigned task, proficient in MS office with excellent skill in written & spoken Nepali and English language.
