Educational Qualification:
• Master’s Degree with specialization in HR
Job Specifications:
• Atleast 3 years of experience in related field
• Strong effective communicator in writing, business presentations and interpersonal communication
• Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills
• Expert in employment law and employee relations and communication
• Good planning, organisational, analytical and decision-making skills
Job Description:
• Plan and coordinate an organization’s workforce to best use employees talents
• Link an organization’s management with its employees
• Administer employee services
• Formulation and Implementation of HR policies or procedures
• Formulating & implementing monetary evaluation system
• Coordinate and supervise the work of specialists and support staff
• Oversee an organization’s recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes
• Handle staffing issues, such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures
2. Asst. HR Manager – 1
Job Location: Kathmandu
Offered Salary: Negotiable
Educational Qualification:
• Master’s Degree with specialization in HR
Job Specifications:
• Should have atleast 1 year of experience in related field
• Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills
• Able to direct the efforts of a team of diverse human resources professionals
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills and good reasoning abilities and sound judgment
Job Description:
• Prepare the Policies and procedures required for the organization.
• To ensure that all policies are communicated to employees.
• Assist and maintain staff and managers files.
