- MBA in HR with Five Years of experience in Manufacturing Industry.
- Should have Updated knowledge of HR Policies and Labor Act.
- Prepare the Policies and procedures required for the organization.
- Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling.
- Conduct performance appraisals and Talent management.
Internal Auditor -1
(Kathmandu)
- Three years of experience in CA Firm/Consultant.
- Governance of internal control Procedure.
- Assurance of Organizational management.
Brand Manager -1 (Kathmandu)
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing with Five years of experience in Cement Industry.
- Good knowledge of different media channels for different audiences.
- Handling total Brand and Marketing of Companies Product
- Involve in promotional activities, Event Management
- Must have own two wheeler and valid license.
Area Sales Manager -7 (Damak, Narayangarh, Nepalgunj, Butwal, Tulsipur, Dhangadhi, Surkhet)
- Master Degree in Marketing with Five years of experience in Cement Industry.
- Knowledge and understanding of business development and sales activities.
- Develop and prepare annual sales target and strategies.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, implementing procedures and activities to compile client feedback.
- Must have own two wheeler and valid license.
Electrical Engineer – 1 (Rolpa)
- Bachelor in Electrical Engineer with Three Years of experience in Cement Industry.
- Knowledge in electrical generation instruments of plant and Equipment.
- Must have knowledge in HT & PIC operation.
Chemist -3 (Rolpa, Anbukhaireni, Jeetpur)
- Bachelor Degree in Chemistry with Five Years of experience in Cement Industry.
- Experience in research lab operations.
- Advanced knowledge of the principles and methods used in complex chemical, laboratory and quality assurance analyses.
Civil Overseer – 4 (Rolpa, Dang, Anbukhaireni, Jeetpur )
- Diploma in Civil Engineering with Two Years of experience in Cement Industry.
- Planning, supervision, design and reporting all the required maintenance of civil works
- Ensure Quality of work, checking of incoming material at site, the safety precautions at the work place.
Accountant -2 (Anbukhaireni, Jeetpur)
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting with two years of experience in manufacturing Industry.
- Excellent knowledge of Accounting Software Tally ERP 9.0 Prepare Journal voucher/Trial Balance/Income Statement and balance sheet.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation, cash reconciliation, and stock reconciliation.
Store Incharge -2 (Anbukhaireni, Jeetpur)
- Bachelor Degree with two years of experience in manufacturing Industry.
- Checking of Incoming and outgoing materials.
- Maintenance of purchase order and re-ordering level.
Sales Representative -7 (Damak, Narayangarh, Nepalgunj, Butwal, Tulsipur, Dhangadhl, Surkhet)
- Minimum Intermediate level.
- Knowledge of construction material.
- Should generate clients, meet sales target, payment planning.
- Must have own two wheeler and valid license.
Cement Mill Operator -3 (Rolpa, Anbukhaireni, Jeetpur)
- Two years of technical experience in Cement Industry.
- Knowledge about operation of raw mill and ball mill.
