Nepal Netra Jyoti Sangh (NNE), a leading eye care NGO is seeking applications from qualified and energetic Nepali candidates aged between 21- 40 yrs for Eastern Regional Eye Care Programme (EREC-P). EREC-P comprises of two large eye hospitals (Sagarmatha Choudhary Eye hospital at Lahan & Biratnagar Eye Hospital at Biratnagar) has excellent international reputation and performs more than 115,000 surgeries annually.
Qualification and Competency:
- MBA with major in Human Resource Management
- Ability to manage and drive all aspects of HR operations and can develop effective relationships with employees, line managers and lead the human capital development
