Ai-la lounge is located at 6th floor of himurti bhawan, kumaripati, lalitpur which servers 80-i customers & a roof top Restaurant which a 360 view of Kathmandu vally at 7th floor which serves a capacity of at least 50 customers & 8th floor with cafe de’ horizon which serves variety of coffee & bakery item with capacity of 30 people. Ai-la lounge has been successful to delever quantity food & beverage along with standard service to its clients. It also has a separate meeting room for corporate clients who wants to hold a meeting for at least 20 people. It caters authentic dishes & specializes in Kahan, indian, newari, chinease, continental & not to forget our very own nepali delicious. It also has a bar which serves domestic & international have : s.
Position : Executive Chef: 1 Nos
Qualification and experience required :
1) Minimum Bachelor Degree holder in Hotel Management or related field.
2) Minimum 5 years experience at Executive Chef in related field.
3) Good communication, inter-personal and facilitation skill with positive attitude
Remuneration and facilities :
1) Will be paid Rs. 25,000 /- in end of the each Nepali month.
2) Food facility will provided by company.
3) The payment will be revised in performance.
4) Other facilities will provide according to restaurant system.
Position : Indian Cook :1 Nos
Qualification and experience required :
1. Minimum Intermediate in Hotel Management faculty .
2) Minimum 2 year experience in related field.
Remuneration and facilities :
1) Will be paid Rs. 16,000 per month in the end of each Nepali month.
2) Food facility will provided by company.
3) The payment will be revised in performance.
4) Other facilities will provide according to restaurant system.
Position : Continental Cook: 1 Nos
Qualification and experience required :
1) Minimum Intermediate in Hotel Management faculty.
2) Minimum 2 year experience in related field.
Remuneration and facilities :
1) Will be paid Rs. 16,000 per month in the end of each Nepali month.
2) Food facility will provided by company.
3) The payment will be revised in performance.
4) Other facilities will provide accordion to restaurant system
Position : Cook Helper
Qualification and experience required : Experience at related field is an advantage.
Remuneration and facilities :
1) Will be paid Rs. 12,000 /-per month in the end of Nepali month.
2) Food facility will provided by company.
3) The payment will be revised in performance.
4) Other facilities will provide according to restaurant system.
Note : all the above candidates will have 6 months of progression period.
