Job Description

Tourism Development Bank Limited, one of the leading National Level Development Banks, has been contributing in socio-economic development of the country and moving towards the delivery of comprehensive banking services and products to the esteemed customers. As a part of its growth plan, the Bank is looking for highly motivated, creative and competent Nepalese citizens for its Corporate Office and existing branches, inside & outside Kathmandu valley as follows;

Marketing – Assistant Manager – Corporate Office [1]

Minimum 2nd Division in Masters Degree in Management/Business Studies/ Business Administration/ Economics /Relevant Field from recognized University having at least 5 years of banking experience.The candidates must have presently been working in same level or one level below and handling deposit marketing (Individual as well as Institutional) in Bank or Financial Institution. The candidates should be able to meet the challenging targets of marketing as instructed. Preferable

Age: Not exceeding 45 years as on last date of application submission.

Human Resources Department- Jr. Officer/ Officer – Corporate Office [1]

Minimum 2nd Division in Bachelors Degree in Management/Business Studies/ Business Administration/ Economics /Relevant Field from recognized University having at least 3 years of banking experience or 5 years of working experience in the field of Human Resources in Multinational Companies or Manufacturing Companies or Corporate Houses. Preferable

Age: Not exceeding 35 years as on last date of application submission.

Officer Level- Assistant Officer/ Officer/ Senior Officer [Few]

Minimum 2nd Division in Bachelors Degree in Management/Business Studies/ Business Administration/ Economics /Relevant Field from recognized University having at least 3 years of banking experience.The candidates must have presently been working in same level or one level below and handling overall operational or credit functions in bank and/or financial institution. Qualified candidates who are willing to lead the Branch as Branch Manager are also encourage to apply. Preferable

This is an entry level position for officer level in the Bank for talented, highly motivated and qualified young people to be developed in a career path. Upon successful completion of on-the-job training & development, she/he will be placed in Corporate Office/ Branches as per requirement of Bank in the position of Assistant Officer. Preferable

Age: Not exceeding 30 years as on last date of application submission.

Junior Trainee Assistant [JTA] [Few]

Minimum 2nd Division in Bachelors Degree in Management/Business Studies/ Business Administration/ Economics /Relevant Field from recognized University. Preferable

Age: Preferable Age:18- 27 years as on last date of application submission. Fresh Candidates are encouraged to apply. Marks of higher degrees and/or over qualified may not be considered during selection process.
