Management Trainee
Management Trainee is an entry level position who will undergo comprehensive on-the-job and formal training in all areas of the Bank, enabling them to take up managerial positions upon successful completion of the training period. Selected candidates shall be placed anywhere in Nepal as per the Bank’s requirement.
Prerequisites for applying: Master’s degree in Management/ Economics/ Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent from a recognized university with minimum first division marks or CGPA 3.25 at the post — graduate level and minimum 50% marks at all under-graduate levels from SLC (or equivalent) onwards and age not exceeding 28 years as of November 22, 2016. Candidates awaiting final results at the post-graduate level may also apply.
Trainee Assistant
This is an entry level position who will be assigned in various branches/areas of the Bank upon successful completion of the training period. Selected candidates shall be placed anywhere in Nepal as per the Bank’s requirement.
Prerequisites for applying: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline but preferably Business/ Finance/ Management/ Accountancy from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks or CGPA 2.5 at all levels from SLC (or equivalent) on wards and age not exceeding 25 years as of November 22, 2016.
Application without disclosure of age and marks/percentage/CGPA at each level of education from SLC (or equivalent) on wards shall be automatically disqualified.
All candidates are expected to be proficient in written/spoken English and Nepali and be computer literate with a working knowledge of office applications.
Preference will be given to suitable local candidates from the vicinity of branch locations. Hence, local candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
