Pokhara Finance Ltd., a National Level Finance Company with its Head Office in Pokhara, is looking for young, dynamic and result oriented Nepalese Citizens in the below mentioned posts:
1. Branch Manager (Jr. officer/Officer level) -1 (Siddharthanagar, Bhairahawa Branch)
Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Management/Economics.
Job specifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ banking experience in any NRB licensed BFIs.
- Have performed the job role of Supervisor and above.
- Good knowledge in Credit/Account/Compliance/Operation.
- Excellent communication skill (Nepali and English).
- Good negotiation and presentation skill.
- Able to meet the assigned target and lead the team effectively.
- Good knowledge on Pumori Banking Software.
Age limit : Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 40 years at the time of filing application.
2. Credit & Marketing (Assistant/Sr. Assistant) -1 (Siddharthanagar, Bhairahawa Branch)
Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Management/Economics.
Job specifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ banking experience in any NRB licensed BFIs.
- Good knowledge in Credit.
- Excellent communication skill (Nepali and English).
- Good knowledge on Pumori Banking Software.
Age limit : Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 35 years at the time of filing application.
3. Jr. Assistant — 4 (For Pokhara & Bhairahawa)
Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in any discipline.
Job specifications:
- Should be self starter.
- Good communication skills with the ability to delight customers with personalized service.
- Able to adjust and adapt in new environment.
- Ability to work in minimum supervision.
- Having prior work experience would be an added advantage.
Age limit : Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 35 years at the time of filing application.
4. Messenger – 1 (For Sundhara, Kathmandu)
Educational Qualification: Literate
Job specifications:
- Having two wheelers driving license.
- Able to adjust and adapt in new environment and willing to work in odd hours.
- Good communication skill.
- Preference will be given to individual, having prior experience in banking.
Age limit : Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 45 years at the time of filing application
