Position Title: Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Manager
Required Ncasl: 1
Term & Location: Fixed term till December 2017 based in Country Office
Brief Description : Lead development, implementation and management of M&E system for Global Fund MSA HIV Grant; ensure that all the report/claw collected, compiled. analyzed are accurate. appropriate, complete,consistent and timely: coordinate with Country Office Global Fund Team and develop consolidated M&E plan and performance framework including designing tools, methods and process for tracking/monitoring of the project; provide technical support for operational research studies and surveys for HIV and AIDS related program and dissemination of the study findings
Eligibility : Master’s degree in Management, Statistics or Population or related Social Science with 7 years (5 years for GSI group*) of relevant experience of managing HIV and AIDS program, especially Global Fund program
Position Title: M&E Coordinator -TB

Term & Location. Fixed term from till March 2018 based in NTC
Brief Description: Providing technical assistance in refining and implementing the Global Fund M&E Performance Framework in alignment with the National Malaria M&E Plan; strengthening of surveillance systems: harmonizing the use of information from various sources and analyzing and reporting on M&E
Eligibility: Master’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology or Demography or related Social Science with at least 3 years (2 years for GSI group*) of experience in M&E of health related programs
Position Title: Prevalence Survey Specialist

Term & Location: Fixed term from till March 2018 based in NTC
Brief Description: Provide technical support in all stages of prevalence survey from its design, implementation and to the production of its final report; develop prevalence survey protocol and other relevant tools; work closely with government and non-government stakeholders for effective management of prevalence survey
Eligibility: Master’s degree in Public Health (MPH) or equivalent with MBBS with 7 years (5 years for GSI group*) of experience in public health including 2 years in TB control program
Position Title: Program Coordinator-Tuberculosis (TB)

Term & Location: Axed term from till March 2018 based in NTC
Brief Description: Plan, implement and monitor all TB related activities: provide technical oversight and backstopping including training to SDPs in region(s); coordinate and collaborate with relevant stakeholders at regional and national level
Eligibility: Master’s degree in Public Health with minimum 3 years (2 years for GSI group*) of experience in managing public health programs preferably in TB programs
Position Title: Program Support Officer

Brief Description: Perform routine program support duties of Global Fund MSA Project including correspondence, record keeping, documentation and file management; provide logistic support for meetings, workshops, loca Uinternational visits etc. and program country visits if necessary for asset verification and documentation
Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in any field preferably In Management with minimum 3 years (2 years for GSI group*) of working experience in related field
Position Title: Store Officers

Brief Description: Support in proper management and warehousing including transport and distribution of pharmaceutical and health commodities especially related to HIV/AIDS in accordance with psm plan and quality assurance policy of the Global Fund and Supply Chain Management guidelines of the Government of Nepal; ensuring proper record and documents of the stocks
Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree (Masters in Management preferred) in Pharmacy, Management or related field with minimum 3 years (2 years for GSI group*) of experience in procurement and warehouse management of health commodities
Position Title: Intern – Program

Term & Location: Fixed term for 6 months based in Kathmandu
Brief Description: Provide necessary support in overall implementation and documentation of HIV, TB and Malaria programs which include supporting in official events, drafting official correspondences and development & production of program documents
Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree preferably in Public Health, Management or related Social Science(s) with good writing and computer skills; prior experience in report writing and documentation is preferred
*DSI group include female, Dalit, Madhesi, People with Disabilities and other indigenous/minorities
