Medical Officer — 4 —Support Office, Kathmandu (with extensive field visit)
Job Description
- Effective client screening and quality service to client
- Maintain clinical procedure as per SPN/MSI medical protocol and National Medical Standard
- Perform sterilization (Minilap and Vasectomy) in the camp
- Travel to site to conduct outreach or to fulfill staff gap
Minimum Requirement
- MBBS with 3 years of professional work experience in the field of Family Planning
- Training on CAC, Minilap and Vasectomy will be an advantage
ANM (LARC) — 9 (Sunsari, Morang, Nuwakot, Lamjung, Gorkha, Achham, Bajura, Makwanpur)
Job Description
- Insert IUCD, Implant and provide other FP services as required.
- Provide accurate information and counseling on family planning and reproductive health
- Sterilize tools/equipment as required
- Record keeping and reporting
Minimum Requirement
- Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM) training with 2-year experience in family planning
- Registered in Nepal Nursing Council
- Training in IUD and Implant preferred (Please state preferred location)
DG Coordinator (LARC) —10 (Sindhupalchwok, Parsa, Ilam, Nawalparasi, Kapilvastu, Sunsari, Morang, Nuwakot, Lamjung, Gorkha, Achham, Bajura, Makwanpur
Job Description
- Implement community IPC and demand generation activation strategy
- Analysis of client segment and family planning status of assigned location.
- Identify different referral check points in the area and develop strategies to maximize referrals
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with key public and private stakeholders
Minimum Requirement
- Intermediate level in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Minimum of 1-year experience in carrying out demand generation or sales activities (preferably focused onSRH)
- Locals with two-wheeler and a valid driving license preferred (Please state preferred location)
Outreach Staff Nurse —1— Support Office, Kathmandu (with 80% travel)
Job Description

- Provide family planning services in mobile bus operated by SPN/MSI
- Counseling clients on matters related to family planning and reproductive health
- Ensure availability of required equipments and medicines in mobile bus
- Record keeping and reporting
Minimum Requirement
- Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM) training with 1-year experience n family planining
- Registered in Nepal Nursing Council
- Training in IUD and Implant Preferred
