FHI 360, an international NGO, is currently recruiting qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Project Director, LINKAGES Nepal to join its team:
Project Director, LINKAGES Nepal
The Project Director will provide overall leadership for the project, direct all project activities and staff, and serve as the primary point of contact with USAID Nepal and for the global LINKAGES Project team. S/he will also serve as the external face of the project to the donor and the broader development community—notably with key populations organizations and networks. The candidate will also play a role in the regional and global technical learnings of LINKAGES.
The Project Director will also be responsible for strategic planning, overall program execution and results, technical thought leadership, communication and relationship management with key partners/ stakeholders, facilitation of knowledge sharing, and financial/human resource management. The Project Director will ensure the evidence-based program is grounded on human rights approaches and is well designed and executed per high quality standards.
Suitably qualified candidates openly living with HIV and/or who are representative of the key populations affected by HIV are also actively encouraged to apply.
Qualifications and Experience
Masters’ degree or its international equivalent in public health, behavioral, life/social sciences or other fields related to international development. 8 or more years of experience managing large, complex HIV service delivery projects that focus on capacity building and human rights in support of key populations together with leading the development of technical innovations. Solid experience working in a non-governmental organization—preferably with a focus on HIV service delivery.
