Job Description :
• Develop annuatepauterly wok plan nth indicators for
1. Maternal end Child Health.
2. Rcblescent Sexual end Reproductive Health,
3. Psychosocial Sippron. & 4. Support Medal Eguipnent& Furniture to local health facilities
• Suggest strategies and actions deemed for education and advocacy related aciniffies
• Provide technical advice for capacity buichrg of female community health workers and other health workforce. raise awareness on reproductive health and psydocsecial support
• Develop guidelines and field-based tools for implementation of the project
• Monitor targin versus achievement on monthly basis
• Document experiences. lessors learnt. best pre-ices, replicablestiategestapproadles and support In knoritedge management
• Identiy the skill gap and build capacity of slaty for effective implementation of project
• Coortiale with partner organizations — GIZ, UNDP, KOICA for relevant activities.
Job Specification :
• Wets( degree in pubIC health or relevant field
• At least five year experience in INGOINGO in community health or international development pojects related to education and advocacy
• In depth knowledge or searegy development in maternal and chid Well, addement sexual and reproductive heal h, psychological support
• Proven guilty to conceptualize. plan and manage programs as well as transfer knowledge and stalls
• Abilly to identify problems and seek Wuhan
• Fluent in writing and speaking English and Nepali.
