Nepal Academy of Science & Technology (NAST) invites application from the interested candidates for the position of Project Manager for Darwin Initiative Funded Project “SCIENCE BASED INTERVENTION REVERSING NEGATIVE IMPACT OF INVASIVE PLANS IN NEPAL”
Qualification/ Experience / Skills
- Minimum of Masters Degree in Natural Resource Management, Life Science, Economics & Energy Engineering.
- Experiences in Managing programs on Natural Science, working with international organizations and preparing documents for publication.
- Knowledge of Bio-Energy Research, invasive plants control & management program in Nepal.
- Proven ability & experiences in workshop facilitation & giving presentation in both formal & non- formal settings.
- Proven Experiences of Evaluation & Monitoring of the project.
- Proven ability to write reports, excellent organization & interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both English & Nepali Languages.
- Knowledge of GIS, remote sensing & other statistical packages, cheerful personality with good sense of humour will be strong advantages.
