position: The programmer specialist leads UNFPAS work on harmful practices, towards accelerating the achievement of the International conference on population and Development (ICPD) programme of action (POA) , the SDGS and other relevant regional and national frameworks. S/he provides technical leadership, policy advice management support on addressing harmful practices in particular on ending child marriage and gender sex selection , among other areas. In addition ,the programmer specialist will be responsible for the development and empowerment . The programmer specialist will be working under the direct supervision of the Deputy representative and will be responsible for:
. Policy dialogue and Technical Leadership
.advocacy and Resource Mobillization
. Programme Management and coordination.
