Job Description
Radisson Hotel Kathmandu is a leading 5 star Hotel in Nepal, owned by Oriental Hotels Ltd_ and a franchise of Radisson Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, which is wholly owned by its parent company Carlson Rezidor, headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA.
1. Jr. Sous Chef (Banquet) – 01
Job involves full control of the managerial and practical running of the food production area. He /She should maintain the consistency and standards of all cuisines and assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, presentation of new items and the development of items for future menus and promotions. The candidate should have a thorough knowledge of Banqueting in Indian and Oriental cuisine having 5/6 years of hands on experience in 4/5 star hotels. Preference will be given to those with Diploma / Degree from a recognized institute.
2. Jr. Sous Chef (Indian) – 01
The job involves full control of the managerial and practical running of the food production area. He should maintain the consistency and standards of Indian cuisines and assist the executive chef in all menu planning, presentation of new items and the development of items for future menus and promotions. The candidate should have a thorough knowledge of Indian cuisine having minimum 4/S years of experience in kitchen handling. Preference will be given to those having Diploma/Degree from a recognized catering institute.
3. Security Executive – 01
A reliable candidate with a pleasant personality, good communication skills, fluency in English and not exceeding 50 years of age are encouraged to apply. The candidate should be graduate having ex police / army background obtaining officer level experience for at least 2 years. Preference will be given to those having work experience in a similar capacity in 4/5 star hotels.
4. IT Assistant – 01
Candidates with good communication skills and thorough knowledge about the IT Field are encouraged to apply_ The candidate should be diploma in computer engineering or BIT / BIM or above, resourceful with minimum 1 years of working experience in a similar capacity. Preference will be given to those who are well versed with Hotel PMS.
5. Plumber Technician – 01
Candidates should be CTEVT / BIM pass or Diploma in plumbing from a recognized institution with good knowledge in plumbing_ Minimum 3-5 years of working job experience in a similar capacity preferably in the hospitality industry.
